This project started as the Hartman Initiative for Value-Generative AI in response to seeing too many news stories about how generative AI, as it exists today, lacks a meaningful foundation upon which to empower, support, and uphold the intrinsic value of humanity. The project has evolved and is now being launched as an independent For Public Benefit Corporation: The Institute for Value-Generative AI, Inc.

In the absence of a sound ethical and moral foundation, AI has unwittingly supported and advised people to do horrible things, including committing suicide. In fact, thought leaders in the AI field, such as Geoffrey Hinton, have suggested that if AI is not instilled with “maternal instincts,” it could wipe out the human race.

Billions of dollars are being spent to solve what is known as “The AI Alignment Problem” – the fact that AI is NOT ALIGNED with human values and well-being.

It’s a significant problem! But the real problem is that what AI is missing is the “Axiological Intelligence” to make it “Good for Humanity.”our VAI Demo,

We have developed a ground-breaking, patent-pending solution that the AI world does not yet know about! The solution, rooted in the science and mathematics of Formal Axiology, solves the problem for a fraction of the cost of current efforts.

And we have demonstrable proof-of-concept.

Now we are looking for two important things:

1. Potential Investors: We’re looking for mission-align Accredited Investors thrtough a Reg D and, potentially, non-accredited investors through Reg CF.
2.
